* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    * 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
    * 2 teaspoons sugar, or to taste
    * Whipped cream
    * Ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients well, taste for sweetness and add more if you like. Pour into 4 ice cube-filled 10-oz glasses. Top with a spoonful of whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE

    * 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    * 1/2 cup white chocolate pieces
    * 1 tsp. vanilla
    * 1/3 cup whipping cream
    * 2 cups water
    * Whipped cream, if desired
      Grated chocolate, optional

Method

Heat sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate pieces over medium heat. Stir in vanilla, cream and water while stirring constantly. Heat through. Pour into individual cups. Serve with whipped cream and grated chocolate on top, if desired.

HOT APPLE COFFEE IN MUGS

    * 1 quart apple juice
    * 1 quart hot, strong, black coffee
    * 6 orange slices, sliced very, very thin
    * Two 3-inch cinnamon sticks
    * 1/3 cup brown sugar
    * Pinch of ground allspice
      Pinch of ground cloves

Method

Place all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and strain liquid into a pitcher. Serve in mugs or pour into a thermos.

This hot apple coffee is a delicious ending to any holiday meal, or a lovely start to take with you in the car on morning rides with warm muffins.

caramel machiato from starbucks. Or if you want to go a less expensive route . . . 7 eleven. Do not knock it until you try it. There are so many different types of coffee, creamers and syrups that you could make something different everyday for like a year. The large cup, 24 oz is like $2.00

There are many kind of drinks in our world other than coffee to choose from. How about orange juice? chocolate? milk, Milo, ova-tine and so on. And every drink can be mixed with any other food you like to make it more colorful and tastier.
